Not to sound too harsh, but getting a lot of attention on your level of skill is rare - feedback even rarer. That's why @Tyhond has a special place in my heart, despite our differences. ;3

Given the current state of the world (AI generated images, increasing poverty and ever-reducing living standards thanks to politicians who have no concept of "humanity" or "universal prosperity", etc...), your aim should be 'having fun with your art' or 'to express yourself through it'. Hoping for outside motivation will become less and less viable and I feel I should convey that rather than saying "all will be fine".

If you still like drawn art you should rethink how you spend your time. A little practice with lighting, shading, anatomy, and cubes in 2-point perspective can go a long way - even if it's boring to do.

Unusual works such as your 'Pumpkin cat' ( https://www.newgrounds.com/art/view/joshuamc192/pumpkin-cat ) typically gets a little more attention on NG, as long as there is some kind of artistic angle.

Don't let life get you down, but consider your time schedule and what your priorities are.

Oh, and this post will help with your 'rotated art'-issues:

I hope you'll have a nice day.

(Edit: Fixed cat-related typo.)

I agree with @Yatsufusa ! At this point, drawing should be for the hobby. Of course, sometimes we all struggle in our own ways. I kinda use Art as a coping as a coping mechanism and even though I wish it was easier to work in the art industry, time changes and it's just unpredictable. The world is designed to be naturally competitive. I don't like it but that's how it is.

Don't give up and have fun! :D

I hope you'll have a nice day.
